It’s fluorescent brown! Looks like it might have parentage of any of the following: Some random Kong, Kingswood Torch, Festive Dance…who knows? Sure wish I had more than one picture.
Sorry I only have one picture of this because the colors were awesome!
Unfortunately we only have one photo of this one, but it is pretty spectacular. It really does have an iridescent quality…orange to brown to magenta to purple. Fringy leaves resemble moose antlers.
Update from 2015: Original Post from 2014: Update on growth of Neon Plumage. The one where it’s solo is the most recent picture, the one with the other two plants is from last winter.
Circus peanuts. Orange. Weird. Yum.
Update from 2015: It’s grown a lot! Post from 2014: This one is developing as expected. Still Fringy, still salmony colored, albeit a little more orange right now. Looks like parentage might be Under the Sea King Crab, Lemon Twist, Limon Blush.
Leaves remind me of Bullwinkle’s antlers.
Update! This is Ann’s Hybrid Bright Coral Mosaic all grown up! (above) Original Post from 2014: The most recent picture is the one in the cardboard box. This plant in the older picture is in the top right. It was more vivid back then and it’s more green now, but it still has the pink,…
The label and title/name came with the plant that’s orangey/salmon/pink. But I think it fits this unlabeled (red) one better. I think both of them are from the Giant Exhibition series. I got them at different places, the orange one from Edgerton Greenhouse and the Red one from Wodil Greenhouse (Beaver Dam).
Growth Update: Update: Died this year, just like another Gnash Rambler died over the winter 2012/2013.
